Privacy notice

This notice explains how we process the personal data of visitors to this website and of those who write to us through the contact form, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Through the contact form: full name, email address, phone number if provided, subject of the request, message and browsing language. While you browse, the server records the technical data needed for the website to work and to remain secure.

Purpose and legal basis

Contact form data is used only to answer your request and to follow up on any agreement that results from it (Art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation). Technical data is used to keep the website working and secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Retention

Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.

Recipients

Data is processed by the controller and by the providers that manage website hosting and email on its behalf, appointed as data processors.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability, by writing to mara@maradalcin.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
